Located in the historic village of Manotick, Ontario, Shovel Face Records provides artists with state-of-the art recording and production environments bolstered by professional modern and vintage equipment. 

At the helm of Shovel Face Records is Rui Resendes, a serial entrepreneur who has spent most of his 20 year career in the Cleantech sector and all of his free time performing, composing and producing music.  After years of performing and recording with artists across Canada and the US, Rui is now directing is his full-time attention, energy, drive and creativity to ensure that your music reflects your vision.
